Ms. Tanjina AKter is a faculty member in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at R.P. Shaha University, Narayanganj, with over five years of academic and administrative expertise. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department since October 2024, She is dedicated to fostering academic excellence, mentoring students, and contributing to faculty and institutional development. Throughout my tenure, She has taken on key roles, including Course Conductor, Examiner, and Supervisor for research and project work. Additionally, She is an active member of the OBE-based Syllabus and Examination Committee, playing a vital role in curriculum development and assessment methodologies. Her commitment lies in enhancing educational standards, promoting research, and ensuring the holistic development of students and faculty alike.
