Sruti Mallik is currently working as a lecturer in the Department of Business Administration. She has completed her BBA (Management Studies) and MBA (HRM) at Jahangirnagar University, Savar, Dhaka. During her academic journey, she worked as an intern in the banking sector, where she enriched her understanding of organizational values and culture. She is a dedicated and passionate faculty member whose goal is to impart her knowledge to future graduates, preparing them for the modern business environment. She is committed to advancing her knowledge through rigorous management research using analytical tools such as SPSS.
