Since joining R. P. Shaha University in 2023, Aditi Roy has been dedicated to nurturing the next generation of business leaders, with a special focus on imparting advanced knowledge and methodologies across various areas of Business, particularly in Marketing. Her academic approach emphasizes equipping students with strategic, analytical, and ethical tools essential for success in today’s dynamic business environment. She earned both her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Marketing from Jagannath University, Dhaka. Her research interests include Consumer Experience (CX), the SERVQUAL Method, Tourism, and the Circular Economy. Aditi is committed to coordinating research projects independently and in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring they meet ethical and legal standards. She has held notable administrative roles, including membership in the Academic Council and the position of Additional Director of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in her professional tenure. In addition to her academic responsibilities, she currently serves as an Assistant Proctor at R. P. Shaha University. These roles have significantly contributed to her experience in academic leadership and institutional development. Throughout her journey, Aditi has received multiple accolades, including recognition as a news presenter, innovation achiever, and award-winning leader. These achievements highlight her diverse capabilities and passion for excellence. Her ultimate goal is to become a distinguished scholar in Consumer Experience, circular economy and Human- centric Marketing. She also finds great joy in mentoring students and entrepreneurs, offering guidance in both career and personal development.
