Eligibility Criteria

International applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Completion of 12 years of formal education or equivalent (e.g., High School, A-Level, IB, or national boards).
• Minimum GPA/grades equivalent to the requirements set by RPSU for the chosen program.
• Subject prerequisites must be fulfilled for specific programs (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Biology).
• Applicants whose previous education was not conducted in English may be required to submit proof of English proficiency (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent), or may be assessed through an internal evaluation.

Required Documents

• Completed International Admission Application Form
• Academic transcripts and certificates (secondary and higher secondary or equivalent)
• Valid passport
• Passport-size photographs
• Statement of Purpose (SOP)
• Recommendation letter(s), if applicable
• Proof of English language proficiency
• Portfolio (for relevant programs such as Fashion and Design)
• All documents not originally issued in English must be accompanied by official English translations.

Student Visa and Immigration

• Admitted international students must obtain a Student Visa (Category: Student) from the Bangladesh Embassy in their respective country.
• RPSU will issue the necessary documents (Offer Letter, Admission Confirmation) to support the visa application.
• Students are responsible for ensuring visa validity throughout their study period.

Tuition Fees and Financial Matters

• Tuition fees vary by program and are payable as per the approved fee structure.
• Fees may be paid through approved international or local banking channels.
• All fees are subject to revision in accordance with university policy and regulatory guidelines.

Accommodation and Student Support

• Limited accommodation assistance may be provided based on availability.
• International students have access to academic advising, library services, IT facilities, and student counseling.
• Orientation programs are conducted to facilitate academic and cultural integration.

Health Insurance and Medical Requirements

• International students are strongly advised to have valid health insurance covering the duration of their stay in Bangladesh.
• Medical clearance may be required as per immigration or university regulations.
