Asmaul Husna Aparna is an LL.M. graduate from Jahangirnagar University with professional experience in legal research, human rights, refugee law, and public interest law. She currently serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Law & Human Rights at Ranada Prasad Shaha University. Her research interests include human rights, refugee protection, constitutional law, transitional justice, AI and law and gender justice. She also currently serves as Associate Head of Legal Affairs at the Bangladesh Center for Refugee Law Studies and has gained practical legal exposure through her internship at the Attorney General’s Office of Bangladesh under the UNDP-supported Internship Programme. She has also worked as a Junior Research Fellow at the Center for the Study of Genocide and Justice (CSGJ), Liberation War Museum, and has participated in several national and international academic and professional programmes. She is committed to legal education and research and aims to contribute meaningfully to academia through teaching, scholarship, and student development.
