Meherunnesa Haque is a dedicated Bangladeshi legal academic and practitioner who recently
joined RPSU as a Lecturer in The Department of Law and Human Rights. Holding an LL.M.
(CGPA 3.60) from Bangladesh University of Professionals and an LL.B. (CGPA 3.91) from
Northern University Bangladesh, she specializes in human rights, international humanitarian law,
constitutional law, and climate refugees. Her professional experience includes serving as an
Apprentice Lawyer at Dhaka's District Sessions Judges Court since January 2024, alongside
distinguished mooting achievements such as Top 6 team in Jessup Bangladesh 2022 and
leadership as President of NUB's Law Mooting Society. She has organized impactful workshops
on formal communication and mooting, adjudicated major competitions, and has a publication
under review in Dhaka Law Review on data privacy. With training in research methods and IP
enforcement, Meherunnesa brings practical expertise and student mentorship skills to her faculty
role.
