Marjana Alam is a passionate educator and researcher in the field of pharmacy. Currently, she is working as a Lecturer in the Department of Pharmacy at R.P. Shaha University, where she strives to create an engaging learning environment that fosters critical thinking and creativity among students. She holds a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) and a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from Jagannath University, Dhaka. Before transitioning to academia, She worked as a Quality Operations Executive at ACI Healthcare Limited, gaining hands-on experience in pharmaceutical quality control. Her research interests include drug cytotoxicity, antioxidant studies, and molecular modeling, and she has contributed to several publications in these areas. Additionally, she is serving as an advisor to the Pharma Association at R.P. Shaha University and actively participate in seminars and workshops to stay updated with industry advancements.
