Fahmina Akter is an experienced English lecturer with a strong background in teaching, curriculum development, and academic research. She carried out her BA (Honors) in English and MA in ELT and Applied Linguistics at Jagannath University. Over the years, She worked with students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, helping them develop their language skills, critical thinking abilities, and academic writing proficiency. Her expertise spans various areas of English studies, including literature, linguistics, and English as a Second Language (ESL). She has designed and implemented effective teaching strategies that cater to different learning styles, ensuring that students engage with the material in a meaningful way. Throughout her career, she has contributed to curriculum development, creating innovative lesson plans and assessment methods that enhance student learning outcomes. Her research interests include language acquisition, literary analysis, and the impact of digital tools on language learning. she has presented papers at academic conferences and published articles in peer-reviewed journals, contributing to the ongoing discourse in English education. One of her key achievements is mentoring students in academic writing and research, guiding them to excel in their studies and publish their work. She has also been actively involved in organizing literary events, workshops, and seminars that promote a deeper appreciation for language and literature.
