Dr. Rabindranath Shil earned his PhD in Design of Experiments from the University of Delhi, India (1982), following his MPhil in Mathematical Statistics and MSc in Statistics. With over four decades of academic experience, he served as Professor of Statistics at the University of Chittagong until his retirement in 2016, and also held academic positions at Garyounis University in Libya and Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University. A recognized expert in Design of Experiments and Statistical Inference, Dr. Shil has published extensively in national and international journals, authored several books, and supervised numerous postgraduate theses and research projects.
