Overview

I have completed my Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees from the Faculty of Law at the University of Dhaka. I joined R. P. Shaha University, where I have been for eight years. Over 8 years of professional teaching experience at the university level in Bangladesh (R. P. Shaha University, Bangladesh) and administrative experience (working as a Coordinator in R. P. Shaha University in Bangladesh) and enriching the experience as a lawyer in the country. As an experienced educator, I bring a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills to the role. My passion for teaching and thirst for higher education make me a strong addition to the teaching staff of this university. My professional experience allows me to teach, conduct research, and publish at the same time. Along with my educational and teaching experience, I possess strong technical, administrative, and interpersonal skills that make me an excellent academician. I am experienced in blended learning strategies and familiar with the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) system. I believe that teaching is a two-way communication process that enriches and contributes knowledge to both parties involved. I am student-oriented, always considering the problem from their perspective. I strive to meet their academic needs in a way that they can easily relate to. I am approachable and open to positive, creative, and constructive ideas in the classroom. Being a faculty as well as being part of the project management teams at the aforementioned university, I have gathered valuable experience regarding the supervision of students and organization personnel. I am the Adviser of the RPSU Debate Club, so I have gathered valuable experience in organizing events. To be an inspiring academic and a thorough researcher; to approach every problem with motivation, determination, and intelligence, and to excel at any undertaken project.
