Overview

Kazi Latifur Reza is an Associate Professor and Director of the LL.M. Program at R. P. Shaha University, Narayanganj, with over 14 years of teaching and legal experience in Bangladesh and the UK. He holds an LL.M. in Human Rights from the University of East London and specializes in human rights, legal education, medical negligence, and public interest litigation. He has published 14 research papers in national and international peer-reviewed journals and serves on the editorial boards of the Bangladesh Research Foundation Journal and ISU Journal of Law (International Standard University). A regular columnist for leading national newspapers, he has authored 25+ articles in major English and Bangla dailies. His contributions extend to curriculum development, Outcome-Based Education (OBE), and academic leadership, having served as Chairman and Coordinator at multiple institutions. Actively engaged in legal research, student mentorship, and public awareness initiatives, he remains committed to advancing legal education, governance, and policy research, making him a distinguished figure in Bangladesh’s academic and legal landscape.
