Overview

I obtained the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree from the Department of Management, Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka respectively in 2019, 2005, and 2003, and received awards and scholarships for excellent academic performance. I joined R. P. Shaha University in 2024 and I’m serving as the Professor and Head of the Department of Business Administration; Member of the Academic Council; Member of the Syndicate; Member of the Selection & Promotion Board and Director of Kumudini Skills Development Institute to date. Before joining R.P. Shaha University, I served Southeast University, Daffodil International University, Eastern University, Patuakhali Science and Technology University, Southeast University and Victoria University of Bangladesh as the Director of the Program, Head of the Department, Director of the Division, Member of the Syndicate, Member of the Academic Council, Additional Director of the IQAC, Head of the IQAC, Associate Editor of the Journal, Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Senior Lecturer, Lecturer, Departmental Representative etc. Currently, I am serving as the Editor/Reviewer of different renowned international journals. Twenty research articles of mine have been published in different national and international high-quality indexed/peer-reviewed journals. In addition, eight international conference papers have also been published in the USA, UK, Thailand, and Nepal.
