Overview
Dr. A. N. M. Arifur Rahman administers as the Proctor of the university and is an Associate Professor in the Department of Law and Human Rights at R. P. Shaha University in Narayanganj, Bangladesh. His research areas are democratic practices, minority and human rights as well as international relations. He has obtained an outstanding research record according to his interests. Previously, he worked in two other universities for more than 16 years. He served as proctor and chairman of the department of law, Stamford University. As a part of professional achievements, he has obtained the dignity of being the lawyer of the apex court. Dr. Rahman was graduated from the University of Dhaka and pursued PhD in international law and international relations from the Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP).
