Overview

My academic and professional path encompasses a wide range of responsibilities across multiple ways. Accompanying with R. P. Shaha University since 2023, my emphasis is on cultivating the forthcoming generation of business leaders. I aim to provide them with advanced knowledge and methodologies in versatile areas of Business, especially in Marketing. Prior to my academic career, I obtained my graduation and postgraduation in Marketing from Jagannath University, Dhaka. My research interests encompass Consumer Experience (CX), SERVQUAL Method, Tourism, and Circular Economy. I want to excel in coordinating research projects, both independently and in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards. In addition to my academic pursuits, at present, I hold the position of Assistant Proctor at RPSU. Besides, I have experience accommodating myself as a member of ‘Academic Council’ and ‘Additional Director’ of IQAC in my professional career. Furthermore, there are multiple achievements in my life journal, such as News Presenter, Innovation Achievers, Best Leaders, and so on. My primary objective is to become a distinguished scholar and lecturer in consumer experience and Marketing. Furthermore, I take delight in providing career and personal development counsel to my students and the women entrepreneurs with whom I interact. I firmly believe that compassion as a human quality transcends all professional pursuits and competence.
