Overview

Md. Yahin Hossain is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at R.P. Shaha University, Bangladesh. He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and a BBA in Management from the University of Dhaka. With over a decade of academic and research experience, he has previously served at the University of Information Technology and Sciences in various capacities, including Lecturer, Coordinator of the MBA program, and Assistant Professor. His research interests focus on human resource management, employee creativity, e-learning, and organizational behavior. He has published extensively in high-impact journals such as Plos One, Psychology Research and Behavior Management, and Higher Education, Skills and Work-Based Learning. He has also contributed to international conferences and research collaborations, including studies on MOOCs and digital learning. Beyond academia, Md. Yahin Hossain has professional experience in banking and auditing, having worked with Al-Arafah Islami Bank and Rahman and Rahman Haq Chartered Accountants.
