Overview
I am Farhana Alam Proma, a dedicated Lecturer in the Department of Pharmacy at R.P. Shaha University. With a strong academic background and a passion for research, I specialize in Phytochemistry, Microbiology, and Medicinal Chemistry. I hold a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) and a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from Jagannath University, Dhaka, where I achieved top academic positions. My professional journey includes hands-on experience through internships at Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and research work at the Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (BCSIR). I am currently pursuing research on the purification of natural products from endophytic fungi as part of the NST Fellowship 2023-2024. My commitment to advancing pharmaceutical sciences is reflected in my publications and active participation in academic and research activities.
